Abacus Fairhomes works alongside like-minded partners to ensure Supported Living accommodation is benefiting the people and communities who really need it.

We have established supportive and collaborative partnerships with Care Providers, Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Commissioning Officers, Registered Social Landlords, and Health Trusts – individuals and organisations who share our passion to respond to the need for Supported Living across the UK. Similarly, we work with a trusted team of property professionals – from architects and designers to planners and builders – who share our ethos and vision.

This way, we will ensure that vulnerable people are given the dignity and care they deserve within excellent Supported Living facilities.

As well as partnerships with other Supported Living Providers, we have a primary partnership with our sister company, Abacus Care & Support, which is a CQC-registered provider of Supported Living and domiciliary care. This partnership gives us excellent knowledge and expertise when it comes to Supported Living provision.

By executing exceptional standards of development selection, due diligence, sales & asset management, and operational delivery, we demonstrate to our investors – at every level of the project – our trustworthy guardianship of their investment.

We are also committed to providing opportunities for our investors to earn and learn by initiating site visits and providing transparent information about what we do and how we do it.

Each development project is purchased and developed within its own business entity (eg a Limited Company), which is typically a wholly-owned subsidiary of Abacus Fairhomes Ltd. This ringfences funds and simplifies exit strategies, providing clarity and transparency.
