Abacus Fairhomes works alongside like-minded partners to ensure Supported Living accommodation is benefiting the people and communities who really need it.
We have established supportive and collaborative partnerships with Care Providers, Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Commissioning Officers, Registered Social Landlords, and Health Trusts – individuals and organisations who share our passion to respond to the need for Supported Living across the UK. Similarly, we work with a trusted team of property professionals – from architects and designers to planners and builders – who share our ethos and vision.
Creating long-lasting and fruitful relationships is the key to our success. For this reason, we approach our partnerships with integrity and openness. We want to work with partners who share our passion for social action, and strive to always provide the support our partners need to make amazing projects happen. This way, we will ensure that vulnerable people are given the dignity and care they deserve within excellent Supported Living facilities.

As well as partnerships with other Supported Living Providers, we have a primary partnership with our sister company, Abacus Care & Support, which is a CQC-registered provider of Supported Living and domiciliary care. This partnership gives us excellent knowledge and expertise when it comes to Supported Living provision.

Investors
We are dedicated to growing and protecting the capital of our investors.
Our diverse development projects provide a range of investment opportunities. Our commitment to everyone who invests with Abacus Fairhomes is that we will use their funds ethically, intelligently, and with the determination to deliver great stakeholder returns. All the while, we’ll maintain open lines of communication and give them regular updates on the work being enabled by their investment. By executing exceptional standards of development selection, due diligence, sales & asset management, and operational delivery, we demonstrate to our investors – at every level of the project – our trustworthy guardianship of their investment.
We are also committed to providing opportunities for our investors to earn and learn by initiating site visits and providing transparent information about what we do and how we do it.
Strategic Model
We will only proceed with a project if it passes our ‘stress-tests’:
- a 20% increase in costs
- a 20% fall in values
- interest rates rising to 6%
- at least two viable exit strategies
Each development project is purchased and developed within its own business entity (eg a Limited Company), which is typically a wholly-owned subsidiary of Abacus Fairhomes Ltd. This ringfences funds and simplifies exit strategies, providing clarity and transparency.
